Developments in Wisam Abu Ali's Position on Continuing with Al-Ahly
Media figure Ahmed Shobir revealed new developments regarding the future of Wisam Abu Ali, the Al-Ahly star, with his team.
Shobir stated via "On Sport FM" that Al-Ahly has not received any official offers to sign the player, despite interest from some Arab and European clubs to contract the Palestinian star following his outstanding performance in the Club World Cup.
Shobir clarified that Al-Ahly wants to keep the player in its ranks and the management of the club is not considering relinquishing his services.
He added: "The former sports director of Al-Ahly held a meeting with the player, which resulted in an amendment to his contract and an increase in its financial value, in a move that reflects the club's desire to retain him."
