
Officially: Monaco announces the signing of Paul Pogba
French club Monaco announced via its official website the signing of French star Paul Pogba on a free transfer, with a contract extending for two seasons until June 30, 2027.
Pogba, the world champion with the French national team in the 2018 World Cup, returns to Ligue 1 after a long career in European football, having started his journey at the Le Havre academy before moving to Manchester United and playing his first professional matches in 2011.
Pogba's career saw significant brilliance with Italian club Juventus, where he won four consecutive Serie A titles and two Coppa Italia titles, in addition to reaching the UEFA Champions League final in 2015. He also returned to Manchester United in 2016, winning the UEFA Europa League and the English League Cup with them.
