Liverpool club is intensifying its efforts to find a replacement for the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, who will leave the Reds at the end of the current season.

According to the French newspaper "L'Équipe", Liverpool is preparing to make an offer of around 50 million euros to sign AS Monaco's playmaker Majid Aklouche, as part of their plan to rebuild the team after a disappointing season.

The English club sees that signing Aklouche is not only aimed at filling Salah's position on the right wing but also at adding technical quality and the ability to link lines and create plays.

The player is 24 years old and has scored 7 goals and provided 11 assists in 41 matches across all competitions with Monaco this season, as Liverpool continues to monitor him amidst competition from Paris Saint-Germain.

Monaco had previously set a price of around 70 million euros, before reports suggested a possible reduction, which opened the door for Liverpool to move in the transfer market.
