Tottenham considers signing Yoane Wissa
Friday 13-06-2025
The British newspaper 'The Guardian' revealed that Tottenham Hotspur is considering signing Yoane Wissa, the Brentford striker, during the summer transfer window.

The newspaper indicated that there are discussions within Tottenham's management regarding the potential deal, especially after the appointment of Thomas Frank, the former Brentford coach, as the team's head coach.

Nottingham Forest had tried to sign Wissa last January and remains interested in acquiring him, but Brentford insisted on keeping him at that time, and it is expected that the English club will demand £40 million to part with the player, whose contract ends in the summer of 2026, with an option to extend for an additional year.

Wissa participated in 39 matches with Brentford last season, scoring 20 goals and providing 5 assists.
