
Kayiha on the Threshold of Training Riyadh
The management of the Saudi Riyadh Club has reached a final agreement with the Spanish Javier Kayiha to take over as the team's head coach on a contract that extends for one season.
According to a private source for the Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah", the Riyadh management is currently waiting to obtain official approval from the Financial Sustainability Committee of the Ministry of Sports to finalize the official contract with the Spanish coach.
Sabri Lamouchi took over coaching Riyadh last season and left after the 28th round, with Bandar Al-Kubayshan stepping in until the end of the season.
Riyadh had finished the Saudi Professional League in 11th place with a total of 38 points.
