Al-Hilal Places AS Roma Player at the Top of Its Priorities After Failing to Sign Theo
Monday 09-06-2025
The Saudi Al-Hilal Club has officially opened negotiations with the Italian AS Roma Club, in a serious attempt to sign the Spanish left-back Angelino during the ongoing summer transfer window.

The famous journalist Fabrizio Romano, specialized in player transfer news, revealed that the offer submitted by Al-Hilal's management has exceeded 20 million euros, reflecting the club's seriousness in completing the deal.

Romano indicated that negotiations are still ongoing between the two parties, with a mutual desire to reach a final agreement that satisfies all involved parties in the coming days.

He confirmed that Angelino has recently topped Al-Hilal's list of interests, following the stalled negotiations with the French Theo Hernandez, who rejected the idea of moving to the Saudi league this summer.

Romano concluded his remarks by clarifying that Angelino is considered one of the most prominent left-backs in Serie A this season, making him the focus of many Saudi clubs seeking to strengthen their squads.
