Real Madrid Decides on Nico Paz's Return
Saturday 07-06-2025
Spanish media reports have indicated that Real Madrid has decided not to bring back their former player, Argentine Nico Paz, who is currently a winger for Italian club Como, during the summer transfer window.

The newspaper "OK Diario" stated that the royal club has settled on not re-signing Paz, despite his remarkable performance with Como, as they are close to signing Argentine winger Franco Mastantuono, a star from River Plate.

Real Madrid believed that bringing back Paz could provide the team with additional depth for the upcoming season under new coach Xabi Alonso; however, the priority has shifted to the Mastantuono deal.

Nico Paz, who is 20 years old, moved to Como in the summer of 2024 from Real Madrid in a deal worth 6 million, and he is tied to a contract that extends until June 2028.

Paz participated in 35 matches with the Italian team during the past season, scoring 6 goals and providing 9 assists.
