The Qatar Sports Investments group, which owns the French club Paris Saint-Germain and has a stake in the Portuguese club Sporting Braga, announced the renewal of sports advisor Luis Campos' contract until 2030, allowing him to continue in his position for an additional five years after joining the group in 2022.

Campos will continue to oversee the sports strategy of the group, which includes the Paris Saint-Germain men's team and advising Braga, in addition to his responsibilities in contracts, talent discovery, and exploring new investment opportunities in the world of clubs and sports talents.

During his previous tenure, Campos contributed to significant achievements for Paris Saint-Germain, including winning 3 French league titles, the French Cup, and 3 Super Cup titles, as well as reaching advanced stages in the UEFA Champions League. Sporting Braga also witnessed a noticeable improvement in its results both domestically and continentally.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi, President of Qatar Sports Investments, stated: "We are happy to renew Luis Campos' contract; he has done a fantastic job over the past years, and we are building a long-term project under his exceptional sports leadership."

For his part, Luis Campos expressed his happiness with the renewal, emphasizing his pride in what has been achieved over the past three years, stressing that the real successes have only just begun, and praising Al-Khelaifi's vision that is guiding the group toward a promising future.
