Al-Mundhir Al-Alawi: Our goal is to make Al-Zawraa fans happy and achieve the absent title

Al-Zawraa striker Al-Mundhir Al-Alawi expressed his great happiness after scoring one of the winning goals against Al-Hudood in the 34th round of the Iraqi Stars League, confirming that the team is going through a special period and is strongly aspiring to achieve the league title after years of waiting.

Al-Alawi said in a statement after the match:

"Thank God for the important win, three precious points at this time of the league. The performance was good despite the hot weather, and we managed to control the game, especially in the second half."

He added:

"I am happy to have scored the second goal, but the most important thing is always the team's victory. We all play with a collective spirit, and we have a genuine desire to make the Al-Zawraa fans happy who support us in every match."

Regarding the team's ambitions in the upcoming rounds, Al-Alawi said:

"We have four matches left, and we consider each one of them a final. We know that Al-Shorta is a strong competitor, but we are determined to fight until the last moment, and our goal is to bring the league title back to the club's cabinet after a seven-year absence."

He concluded his statement by saying:
