Jesus's Lawyer Settles Financial Dispute with Al-Hilal and Reveals the Full Truth
Sunday 18-05-2025
Luis Henrique, the lawyer of Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, has broken his silence to confirm that all financial matters between his client and Al-Hilal have been resolved, denying the validity of recent circulating rumors.

Media reports had claimed that the delay in the administration's announcement of Jesus's dismissal was due to a financial dispute between the two parties, as the coach refused to leave his position before receiving his remaining dues from the contract.

In a special statement to the "Al-Riyadiyah" newspaper, Henrique emphasized that "the financial and personal matters were resolved last week," confirming that the coach did not face any issues in collecting his dues or in the method of settling them.

According to what was revealed by the "Al-Riyadiyah" newspaper, Al-Hilal paid approximately 1,832,000 euros to the 70-year-old coach, which represents the value of the two remaining months in his contract before his dismissal.

The decision for dismissal came after disappointing results that began with exiting the King's Cup, followed by a loss to Al-Ahli in the AFC Champions League, and finally losing the league title, prompting fans and officials to call for his departure.

Al-Hilal is expected to face a strong match against Al-Wahda on May 21, in the penultimate round of the Roshan League, amid anticipation from fans regarding the team's performance after Jesus's departure.
