The possibility of Serbian player Predrag Rajkovic participating in the King's Cup final match against Al-Qadisiyah on May 30 is getting closer.
The Saudi newspaper "Al-Yawm" reported that Rajkovic will undergo surgery in the coming days to expedite his recovery and ensure his participation in the final match.
The technical and medical staff of the club hope that the player will recover quickly to take part in the match.
The newspaper clarified that the muscle injury Rajkovic suffered has reoccurred during the match against Al-Raed, in the 32nd round of the Roshen Saudi League, which ended with Al-Ittihad winning 3-1.
It is noteworthy that Al-Ittihad secured the Roshen League title two rounds before the end of the competition.
