Reports have revealed that Coastal Holding Company is preparing to launch the first Saudi factory specialized in the production of stadium chairs, set to open next August in the capital, Riyadh.

This move is part of the Kingdom's efforts to prepare the sports infrastructure for hosting the 2034 World Cup, as the factory aims to meet the needs of the stadiums designated for the tournament.

Shad Azim, the CEO of the company, announced a future plan to establish a second factory in Al-Majma'ah, reflecting the strategic expansion in the sports industrial sector.

Azim explained that the prices of the chairs will range between 180 and 400 riyals per seat, emphasizing their commitment to providing high-quality products that meet international standards at reasonable prices.

This was stated during a press conference at the Digital City in Riyadh, attended by Bassem Ibrahim from the Ministry of Investment and Jacob Raschflik from the European firm Form, which is providing technological support for the project.

The CEO confirmed that the factory will adopt advanced technologies that comply with FIFA standards, with a special adaptation to the Saudi climate by integrating local expertise.
