Tahseen Al-Yasiri, a member of the Al-Shorta Club administration, expressed his complete satisfaction with the team's performance in the current stage of the league, confirming that the spirit, determination, and clear goal are what led the Green Lyre to achieve a great victory over Al-Karama with a clean four-goal score in the 33rd round of the Iraqi Stars League.

Al-Yasiri said in a special statement:

"At the beginning of the season, things were not going as we hoped, and there were natural setbacks in the course of any team, but today we are in the final meters of the competition, and we feel completely satisfied with what the team is delivering on the field."

Regarding the news that Al-Karama Club had offered huge financial rewards of up to $10,000 for each player in the event of a victory over Al-Shorta.

Al-Yasiri said: "These matters do not affect Al-Shorta's morale, noting that the greatest motivation comes from within."

He added:

"We entered the match with a special and different atmosphere; we knew that there were hidden messages wanting to be sent through this encounter, but we were the ones who delivered the stronger message through our performance and the result. We achieved all our goals from this confrontation and earned the three deserved points."

He concluded by saying:

"While rewards may be a motivator for some, in a club the size of Al-Shorta, the greatest motivation is the name and emblem of the team. The players know the magnitude of the responsibility, and thus they proved that money does not make results.
