Referee for the Barcelona vs Leganés Match in La Liga
The Spanish referee Hernández Maeso has been appointed to officiate the match between Leganés and Barcelona scheduled for next Saturday at 9 PM Cairo time, as part of the Spanish league competition.
This match will be his first in the league officiating a game for the Blaugrana, as he has never refereed any of Barcelona's matches, whether at home or away.
This will be Maeso's 16th match in his second season in the Spanish league, in addition to officiating four matches in the Copa del Rey. The 35-year-old referee officiated one match for Barcelona in the Copa del Rey against Unionistas de Salamanca last season, which ended with a 3-1 victory for the Catalan team.
In this match, Maeso will appear as the main referee, while the Video Assistant Referee will be Trujillo Suárez.
