Brazilian coach Eder Helman of Al-Raed faces the prospect of dismissal following a series of negative results, as sources revealed that the management consulted players about his departure and received widespread support.

Following the recent defeat against Al-Wahda, club president Fahd Al-Mutawa met with the players and discussed the coach's future, where most expressed their desire for a change to save the team from the threat of relegation.

Helman's departure is expected to be announced soon, with the club's youth coach temporarily assigned until a new coach is agreed upon to lead the team in the upcoming phase.

Al-Raed has suffered a noticeable decline over the past three months, having achieved only one victory in the last 13 matches, complicating its position in the league standings.

Helman is the coach with the most losses this season, with 16 defeats, placing the team in 16th position, which is one of the relegation spots to the first division.
