Pep Guardiola, the Spanish coach and head of Manchester City, confirmed that the match against Nottingham Forest in the 28th round of the Premier League will be very difficult, praising the exceptional performance of the team under Nuno Santo this season.

Guardiola began his remarks at the press conference by praising the opponent, stating: "When you see a team in third place after 8 or 10 matches, you might think it's just a strong start, but when they remain in that position with only 11 matches left in the season, it means they have done a great job."

He added: "You cannot be in this position unless you deliver exceptional performances; what Nottingham Forest is doing this season is impressive."

He pointed out: "They are a very organized team, playing collectively, and they excel at quick attacking transitions."

He continued: "They have outstanding players in the attack like Hudson-Odoi, Elanga, Wood, and Gibbs-White, who pose a significant threat to any defense."

He noted: "They also have a great goalkeeper, experienced defenders, as well as full-backs who can play on both sides, and a strong midfield that includes a standout player like Anderson."

He confirmed: "That is why they occupy the third position, and they cannot be in this place without delivering strong performances throughout the season."

He concluded his remarks by saying: "There are many teams competing for a place in the Champions League; everyone wants to be part of this tournament next season, as it grants clubs prestigious status, financial sustainability, and significant economic advantages."
