Inter Milan's head coach, Simone Inzaghi, made statements to the press following the draw against Napoli, in the 27th round of the Italian league, with a score of 1-1.

Inzaghi said: "The match was very difficult, the first half was balanced, but in the second half, we faced some problems. We had to push more forward on the field, but we must remember that we were facing a strong opponent."

He added: "I had to take out Di Marco due to feeling muscular discomfort, which forced me to place Dumfries in an unfamiliar position."

He continued: "In direct confrontations, we must be perfect, but we were not so today. We were not quick enough in dealing with the start of the attack that led to the equalizing goal. We are working hard to avoid repeating such mistakes."

Inzaghi concluded his statements by saying: "Entering these matches is not easy, the players tried to help each other, but Napoli improved a lot in the second half."
