Schubert: Pyramids benefited from Al -Ahly and Zamalek tie
The former Al -Ahly star Ahmed Schubert confirmed that the Pyramids team is the beneficiary of Al -Ahly's draw with Zamalek yesterday, Saturday.
The summit match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, which was held within the framework of the 15th round of the Egyptian Premier League yesterday, ended with a 1-1 draw.
"Zamalek has benefited from this tie morally to create a kind of stability during the next stage," Schubert said on his radio program "With Schubert" on Radio On Sport FM.
He added: "Pyramids's victory over the army's pioneers, upon achieving it, will be released by a difference from Al -Ahly and Zamalek, which is the only team that benefits from the tie yesterday."
The summit match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, which was held within the framework of the 15th round of the Egyptian Premier League yesterday, ended with a 1-1 draw.
