Combani: We deserved to win, and there is still another run
Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany spoke in press statements, after a 2-1 victory over Celtic in the Champions League's exclusion round.
The coach said: "We have achieved a good victory, but we have come one way, and there is still another run (the second leg)."
He added: "The Celtic team does not lose much at home, so we will take advantage of this victory."
He added, "We are also strong on our land and look forward to Tuesday's match."
He continued: "The first minutes of the match were not perfect, but we defended with discipline and we remained fixed."
