Press reports revealed that the Brazilian club Fluminness inquired about the possibility of contracting with Roberto Firmino, the Saudi Al -Ahly star.

The Brazilian newspaper "Globo" said that the player refused to leave Al -Ahly and stuck to staying until the end of his contract in 2026.

The newspaper added: "The player receives an annual salary of about 22 million euros, which prompted him to stick to continuing until the end of his journey, with the aim of achieving the greatest possible material benefit."

The newspaper believes that: "The deal is very difficult, even if Firmino is interested in defending the colors of Fluminness, due to the advantages it enjoys in the Saudi club."
