Al-Fateh Saudi Club responded to rumors about the departure of Portuguese coach Jose Gomez and his assistant staff a few days after he assumed the task of leading the team.

Al-Fateh Club denied What is being said about the possibility of Jose Gomez and his assistant staff leaving training for the model team during the coming period.

The official Al-Fateh account, via the “X” platform, published a picture of Jose Gomez with his assistant. Egyptian Ahmed Magdy, accompanied by a comment that said: “I am here...no empty talk.”

Al-Fateh contracted with Gomez, after ending his relationship with Zamalek, to lead the Saudi team until End of the current season, with the option to renew for an additional season.

Reports have claimed that Gomez will leave Al-Fateh to take over as coach of Al-Ahly of Egypt if Swiss coach Marcel Kohler departs from leading the red team.
