About the Team

Kuwait national team. Known by the nickname 'The Blue'. It plays its home matches at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium. Founded in 1952, it is considered one of the prominent national teams in the Arabian Gulf region. It won the AFC Asian Cup in 1980 and participated in the 1982 World Cup. Its most notable traditional rivals are the national teams of Saudi Arabia and Iraq, where their encounters witness significant competition in regional tournaments.
