Salah: I played the last match against Manchester City, and I am happy with the victory
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah spoke to the media, after beating Manchester City 2-0 in the thirteenth round of the English Premier League.
Salah said: “ The fans were behind us from the first minute. I am happy that we were able to win the match. We know that Manchester City will attack us.”
He added regarding his assist to Cody Jacobo: “We are training. Well, if I have the ball on one side, it's him is on the other side. Every time I have the ball, if there's a chance and I can give it to you, I will."
On the Anfield atmosphere: "It's very special. I don't take it for granted. I'm enjoying every minute here. I feel like I'm at home. It's always a special feeling to always score at Anfield and win games.”
He concluded: “Your contractual situation? Honestly, it's something I think about, so far this is my last game against Manchester City, so I was just going to enjoy it. The atmosphere was great, so I'm going to enjoy every second here. I hope we win the league and we'll see what happens."
