Nader El-Sayed, the former Egyptian national team goalkeeper, spoke about the Pharaohs national team's goalkeeping position in the Mauritania match.

He continued: “I criticized El-Shenawy after the African Super Cup, and although I criticized him, I praised him previously, and every football player is always subjected to praise and criticism.”

He continued: “El-Shenawy is the main goalkeeper and his criticism is because he is a great goalkeeper, and he did not make major mistakes, but the distinguished goalkeeper is accustomed to dealing with difficult situations, and we do not blame him for losing the match or for being the cause of it.”
