The date of the draw for the group stage of the African Champions League
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) revealed the official classification of the clubs participating in the African Champions League for the current season, starting with the group stage.
The draw for the group stage of the African Champions League is scheduled to take place on Monday, October 7, with the participation of 16 clubs.
Ahly came in the first level, while Pyramids came in the second level, in the classification published by CAF through its account on the social networking site “X”.
The classifications were as follows:
First level: Al-Ahly, Tunisia’s Esperance, South Africa’s Sun Downs, and Congo’s Mazembe.
The second level: Pyramids, Algerian club Belouizdad, Morocco’s Raja, and Tanzania’s Young Africans.
The third level: Sudan’s Al Hilal and Orlando. South African Pirates, Angola's Sagrada and Royal Moroccan Army.
