Hossam Hassan’s lawyer: Al-Masry is threatened with stopping the registration
Counsel Ashraf Abdel Aziz, the cassation lawyer, revealed the latest developments in the case of Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Egyptian national team, with his former club Al-Masry Al-Port Said, due to his request to receive his dues while previously training the first team.
Abdulaziz confirmed in television statements that he only talks about legal matters and any issues related to Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan, he is responsible for talking about them in the media only.
He pointed out that a decision had been issued declaring Hossam, Ibrahim, and the supporting staff entitled to receive sums of money from the Al-Masry Club, and a decision was issued in support of the appeal, and Hossam and Ibrahim had never spoken about that case.
He confirmed that there was a letter issued by Walid Al-Attar, Executive Director of the Football Association, to the Egyptian Club, stating the necessity of paying the dues of the twins and the rest of the technical and administrative staff, otherwise there will be penalties according to regulations, and there was no communication between the two parties.
He explained that the Port Said club must pay the dues of Hossam and Ibrahim Hassan, and failure to pay will result in the suspension of registration, because Al-Masry has completed all procedures. Litigation locally.
