Al-Ittihad Club management has made its final decision regarding the future of Brazilian Luiz Felipe, the team's defender, after he was linked to leaving in the summer Mercato.

The Union management decided to replace Luiz Felipe during the summer period, which closes its doors on September 2, due to his many injuries.

According to reports, Felipe will remain with the team if a foreign defender is not included on the last day of the summer market.

Saudi newspapers reported that Luiz Felipe would remain with the Al-Ittihad team as a possibility due to the club’s inability to secure the sum of the contract for a foreign player in the centre-back position.

It is noteworthy that Al-Ittihad Club made an official offer to West Ham United in recent days, to include Moroccan defender Naif Akrad, but the latter rejected the offer.
