Kalvin Phillips joins Ipswich Town
Journalist Fabrizio Romano, an expert in the transfer market, said that Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips is on the verge of Ipswich Town.
Romano stated that the English star will join Ipswich Town, newly promoted to the Premier League, on loan without an option to buy.
He added: “The deal has been concluded between the two clubs while Phillips undergoes medical examinations.”
He concluded: “Phillips is ready to sign later today if things go as planned.”
