Competition between Saudi clubs and Shabab Al-Ahly over Zouma
The Emirati club, Shabab Al-Ahly, aims to sign Frenchman Kurt Zouma, the English defender for West Ham United, in order to strengthen its ranks during the current summer transfer market.
The website reported, “ French club Foot Mercato said that Shabab Al-Ahly club is working to sign Kurt Zouma in Mercato this summer.
The website stated that there is interest from Saudi clubs in obtaining Zouma’s signature, but Shabab Al-Ahly Club is the one leading the race at the present time.
Zuma joined West Ham United in 2021 from Chelsea and has one year remaining on his contract, that is, until the summer of 2025.
