Sarri: Atalanta need to regain confidence before facing Kairat Almaty

Maurício Sari, the manager of Atalanta, has confirmed that his team is looking to overcome a difficult period, stating that spending more time with the players was aimed at strengthening the bond within the group and restoring confidence.

Sari explained that Atalanta had a good first half in the last match, but the psychological state and emotional reactions affected the team's performance after the break, emphasizing that conceding a goal at the end of the first half should not make the players lose confidence in their ability to come back.

Atalanta's coach refused to discuss feeling pressure due to results, emphasizing that he has the support and trust of the club's management. He stated that all parties within the club are working to help the team get out of this phase as quickly as possible.

Sari warned of the danger posed by Kairat Almaty ahead of tomorrow's match, pointing out that the opponent has delivered strong performances against big teams. He also confirmed that Gianluca Scamacca's situation will be determined after the final training session, given the pressure of matches and the need to assess the players' readiness.
