Milan are set to achieve a significant economic boost by returning to their historic partnership with Adidas, a move that is expected to enhance their commercial revenues and place them among the top 10 clubs in Europe in terms of revenue from technical sponsorship deals.

According to what was reported by "Avs Futebol", Milan have agreed with Adidas to sign a contract that extends for 10 years, until 2038, worth up to €50 million annually, totaling €500 million over the duration of the agreement.

The new partnership is expected to come into effect after AC Milan's current contract with Puma ends in the summer of 2028, allowing the Italian club to collaborate with Adidas again, a brand it has been associated with in previous years.

The new contract will allow Milan to surpass their rivals Juventus and Inter, becoming the club with the highest annual revenue from technical sponsorship among Serie A teams. It will also secure them a place among the top 10 European clubs in terms of sportswear contract revenues.

Despite the anticipated financial leap, there will remain a clear gap between Milan and the giants of European football, as Real Madrid tops the list of clubs with an annual revenue of €120 million from its deal with Adidas, which is more than double the amount the Italian club is expected to receive.
