New €1.6 billion offer to buy Napoli as De Laurentiis sets demands
Matt Rizzetta remains committed to his attempts to acquire the Italian club Napoli, despite the significant financial gap between the expected offer and the amount current president Aurelio De Laurentiis is asking for to relinquish ownership of the club.
According to "Sport Mediaset", Rezzita is set to make a new offer in the coming days, valued between €1.5 billion and €1.6 billion, in a new move that reflects his determination to complete the purchase of the southern club.
Conversely, De Laurentiis is sticking to his financial demands, having set a fixed amount of two billion euros for the sale of Napoli, which presents a clear financial obstacle to negotiations at this time.
There remains a gap of between €400 million and €500 million between the two parties, as new attempts are awaited to see if Rizzetta can improve his offer to reach an agreement with the president of Napoli.
