The committee based its decisions issued on October 25, 2026, on Article 90 of the Disciplinary Regulations, after Al-Hazm did not respond to the official communications regarding the rulings of the Dispute Resolution Chamber supported by the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center.

The issues concern training compensation for three players who transferred to Al Hazm: Abdulrazak Ben Soolan Awaji, Ahmad Benali Al Asiri, and Hassan Ben Bandar Idris, according to decisions numbers 890, 891, and 892 issued on November 16, 2025.

The committee has imposed a fine of 20,000 riyals for each violation on Al Hazm, totaling 60,000 riyals to be transferred to the account of the Saudi Football Federation, in addition to the necessity of settling the dues within the specified deadline.

The first decision requires the club to pay 351,000 riyals in training compensation for Awaji, along with 5,000 riyals in filing fees and 17,800 riyals in litigation costs. The second decision includes 634,479.45 riyals for Asiri, 5,000 riyals in filing fees, and 31,974 riyals for litigation.

The third decision mandates the payment of 664,575.342 Riyals as compensation for training Hossam Idris, alongside 5,000 Riyals in registration fees and 22,083 Riyals in litigation fees, bringing the total dues and fees to over 1.6 million Riyals.

The committee warned that non-compliance could lead to the ban on registering players during the upcoming registration period, followed by a deduction of three points from the first team's tally in the Professional League if the registration period ends without compliance.

Sanctions could escalate to relegation if the club continues to fail to comply with the rulings, automatically according to Article 90 of the regulations, while the registration ban is lifted as soon as payment is made, without the need for a new decision.

The committee confirmed that the three decisions, issued under numbers 52, 53, and 54/L D/2026, are final and non-appealable based on Article 144. It also required the two clubs to notify it upon implementing the rulings and to attach the supporting documents.

The Saudi Football Federation's Disciplinary and Ethics Committee has issued three decisions against Al Hazem due to non-compliance with financial rulings in favor of the federation, granting the club 30 days to settle before further penalties escalate.
