Kitara coach: We erred in opening spaces for Al Ahly, who have good experience

Ketara's coach, Waswa Bosa, commented on his team's loss to Al Ahly FC by four goals to nil in the second leg, resulting in their exit from the CAF Confederation Cup in the Round of 32 after losing the aggregate score of the two matches 6-1.

Waswa Bosa said in the press conference: "We played the match against a great team like Al Ahly FC and conceded many goals. We have many mistakes and we will strive to correct them in order to compete for the Ugandan league title."

He added: "We hope to participate again in the CAF Confederation Cup and by then we will have managed to correct our mistakes so that we can face big teams, as we only have 3 players who have previously participated in African competitions, and therefore the team lacks experience in such matches."

Wasa Bosa concluded: "We made mistakes in opening spaces against Al Ahly FC, which has good experience and plays tactically well, and they played against us as a complete team with experiences we seek to benefit from."
