Officially announced: Date of Al Ahly vs Al Khaleej match and reason for postponement

The Saudi Pro League has announced the postponement of the match between Al Ahli and Al Khaleej, which was set to take place on Thursday evening as part of the 11th round of the Roshn Saudi Pro League, before a new date was set for Friday, October 23, 2026.

The decision to postpone the match was made due to flight circumstances, as the Gulf team's departure from Dammam Airport could not take place at the scheduled time, preventing the team from arriving in Jeddah in preparation for the anticipated clash against Al Ahli.

The match is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Friday, at 9 PM Mecca time, after it was originally set for the same time on Thursday. Al Ahly will host Al Khaleej in Jeddah.

The postponement allows Al Khaleej to finalize travel arrangements and arrive in Jeddah ahead of the match, where both teams are looking to achieve a positive result and secure three points in the Roshen Saudi League.
