Buffon defends Spalletti: Changing 5 coaches in 4 years is not the solution

Gigi Buffon has defended Luciano Spalletti, the manager of Juventus, calling on the club's management to give him confidence and continue working with him, rather than thinking about replacing him in the near future.

Buffon stated in remarks to "La Gazzetta dello Sport": "Juventus should trust Spalletti and continue working with him."

The Italian goalkeeping legend added: "If you change 5 managers in 4 years, the manager is not always the only problem," indicating that the team's crises may go beyond the coaching staff and require a comprehensive review.

Gianluigi Buffon's comments reflect his support for Juventus' coaching stability, emphasizing that constantly changing managers does not guarantee a return to winning ways, and that continuity may be the key to addressing issues and improving results.
