Italian club Pisa announced today, Monday, the appointment of Frenchman Damien Comolli as president and executive director, marking a new phase in his administrative career after months of leaving Juventus.
The club stated in an official statement that Comolli will also join the board of directors under a preliminary contract lasting three years, as part of the club's plan to enter a new phase of growth and development on both the sporting and administrative levels.
Alexander Knaster, the major shareholder of Pisa, expressed confidence in the new CEO's ability to lead the project, highlighting his extensive experience and knowledge of football both on and off the pitch.
