Pyramids: We have not opened negotiations to sign Mohamed Hany

Hani Said, the sporting director of Pyramids FC, has denied reports that his club has opened negotiations to sign Mohamed Hany, the star of Al Ahly FC.

Hani Said stated during a press conference held by Pyramids FC yesterday, Saturday: "There are no negotiations with Mohamed Hany, and everything that has been said in this regard over the past period is not true at all."

He added: "We at the club management have not opened this file at all, but this does not diminish the value of Mohamed Hany, as he is the starting right-back for the Egypt national team."

Said commented on the current starting right-back of his team, saying: "We are not in a hurry regarding the renewal of Mohamed Hany's contract, but he is one of the most important players for us."

Hani Said concluded his statements by saying: "When we describe El Shibin as one of the most important players, it is not because he is part of our team, but he is truly one of the standout players at Pyramids FC over the past years."
