Moataz Gamal considers making changes to Zamalek's playing style against Al Ahly

Ahmed Shobair has revealed that Mo'tamed Gamal, the head coach of Zamalek SC, is considering making some changes to his team's playing style against Al Ahly FC in the upcoming derby match.

Zamalek are set to face their traditional rivals Al Ahly FC next Sunday, October 11, at Cairo International Stadium in the sixth round of the Egyptian League.

Shobeir stated in radio comments: "Oday Dabbagh is doing well with the Palestine national team; he is forced to play on the right side, it seems he will reconsider and play as a striker."

He added: "Mo'tamed plays in a 4-2-3-1 formation, could he change it to 4-4-2? These are all things that are going through his mind."

Shouber pointed out the long preparation period Zamalek has had to face Al Ahly, saying: "Mo'tamed Gamal is holding a very long camp before the derby match, in order to try out all ideas and settle on the best way to play against Al Ahly."
