Osama Hosny: Al Ahly will win on Sunday if luck abandons Zamalek

Former Al Ahly FC striker Osama Hosny believes the team's performance has been inconsistent in their first five rounds of the Egyptian League. In contrast, he pointed out that their traditional rival, Zamalek SC, has achieved positive results in their first five matches, despite a lack of a clear playing identity in their performance on the pitch.

Osama Hosny stated during his remarks on the "Al Laeeb" program on MBC Masr: "Al Ahly FC in the first five matches was giving one match at a time, but Zamalek SC in the first five matches, where they won 4 and drew 1, did not show a clear performance."

He added: "That's why I say if luck leaves Zamalek on Sunday, Al Ahly will win."

The Cairo derby between Al Ahly FC and Zamalek SC will take place next Sunday at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the sixth round of the Egyptian League.
