Arne Slot emerges among candidates to manage Tottenham

Arne Slot, the former manager of Liverpool, has entered the list of potential names to coach Tottenham, despite Roberto De Zerbi currently remaining in his position.

According to "TEAMtalk", Tottenham are not planning to sack De Zerbi at the moment, but continued poor results could lead the club to make a decision about his future. The team is currently at the bottom of the table with 2 points from 5 matches, while Manchester United sits in 12th place with 5 points.

In contrast, ESPN reports that Slot will not take over at Manchester United even if the position becomes vacant, while Tottenham could be a suitable option for him.

The same source clarified that Slot was a candidate to manage Tottenham in 2023, noting that his style based on possession, pressing, and quick attacking fits the potential of the London team.
