Al Qadsiah achieves Saudi first by accrediting its academy in the Asian elite program

Al Qadsiah has achieved a new Saudi milestone by having its academy accredited by the Asian Football Confederation under the elite youth development program, receiving a two-star rating. This makes it the first Saudi academy to receive such recognition.

The academy's reliance reflects compliance with continental standards in player development, including training, specialized staff, facilities, and talent nurturing, within a system aimed at preparing young elements for professional football.

The two-star rating represents the second level of three levels in the Asian elite program, following the evaluation of the player's experience, technical curricula, and coach qualifications, along with medical, physical, educational, and psychological aspects.

Carlos Anton, the sporting director of Al Qadsiah, stated that the ranking confirms the integrity of the talent development system and reflects the efforts of the technical and administrative staff to provide an environment that combines training, care, and education.

Anton emphasized that reliance represents an important milestone in Al Qadsiah's long-term project, confirming the continued development of the academy, its facilities, and its programs, and transforming talents into elements capable of supporting the first team and Saudi football.
