Flick's options to replace Raphinha

FC Barcelona are awaiting Raphinha's status for the match against Getafe after he suffered a thigh injury, which forced him to leave the Brazil national team camp and return to Barcelona for further tests. There are hopes he will recover in time for the match scheduled on October 10.

According to "Mundo Deportivo", Raphinha has become a key player in FC Barcelona's lineup since the start of the season, having scored 14 goals and provided 3 assists, and he has been influential in 7 out of 8 official matches.

If Raphinha is not fit or Hans Flick decides to rest him, Gabriel Jesus emerges as one of the available options, having scored two goals in 39 minutes across four official matches, all as a substitute, alongside Hamza, who has only played four minutes with the first team so far.

Flick has other options thanks to the versatility of FC Barcelona players, as he has previously considered relying on Anthony Gordon as a central striker, while Dani Olmo and Fermín López can also occupy this position in certain situations, especially with their ability to press, move off the ball, and reach the penalty area.

Lamine Yamal remains another option, although relying on him as a central striker seems less likely at the moment, as his main strength lies in playing from the right wing. However, Flick has previously considered the possibility of deploying him in a deeper position.
