Bayern Munich considers Bernd Leno among options to strengthen goalkeeping

Bayern Munich are placing Fulham and former German international Bernd Leno, who is 34 years old, on their list of options to strengthen the goalkeeper position, as the club searches for an experienced keeper to replace Jonas Oerbig starting next season.

Bernd Leno is contracted to Fulham until the summer of 2027, with the English club having the option to extend the contract for an additional season.

According to "Bild", Leno is open to the idea of moving to Bayern Munich in the latter stages of his career, especially since the player hails from an area close to Stuttgart, which will allow him to be closer to his family.

Bayern Munich are looking for an experienced goalkeeper to provide support and competition in the goalkeeping position, with Bernd Leno being one of the names on the Bavarian club's list for next season.
