Angola coach: The match against Egypt is important and difficult

Senegalese Aliou Cissé, the head coach of the Angola national team, spoke about his team's anticipated match against Egypt, confirming that the game will be difficult against the Pharaohs and will be completely different from the past.

Angola will face Egypt tomorrow, Friday, in the first round of the Africa Cup of Nations Qualification, with the match taking place at Cairo International Stadium.

Cissé explained during the pre-match press conference that facing the Pharaohs now is completely different from the past, noting that the Angolan national team currently has strong players and a balanced mix of youth and experience capable of delivering a strong match.

The Angola coach pointed out his eagerness to benefit from all the team's assets in preparation for this encounter, stating: "It is natural for me to talk to the professional players in the Egyptian League to take advantage of their extensive knowledge of Egyptian football and the nature of the opponent."

He continued: "I take this opportunity to congratulate the coaching staff of the Egypt national team, led by Captain Hossam Hassan, on their recent achievements; reaching the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations and eliminating the defending champion Ivory Coast, as well as qualifying to the furthest point in the FIFA World Cup and embarrassing the Argentina national team, which are very commendable results."
