Raja Club tests readiness against Amal Tiznit before AS FAR Rabat clash

Raja Club are set to take on Amel Tiznit in a new friendly match as part of their final preparations for the start of the new football season. The green team aims to finalize their preparations before the official competitions begin.

The match is set to take place next Thursday at the Raja Club Academy near Bouskoura, after Spanish coach Paco Jémez chose to face Amal Tiznit in order to continue evaluating his players' level and experimenting with some tactical and technical options.

This match gives Khemis an additional opportunity to assess the readiness of the squad, especially with the changes that Raja Club's roster has undergone during the summer transfer window, alongside working to enhance the level of harmony between the new and old players before the start of the season.

Raja Club will kick off their campaign in the professional league with a heavyweight clash against AS FAR Rabat on September 24, in the first round, in a match that holds great significance as it is one of the most prominent fixtures of the season opener.

Raja Club have made several signings during the summer transfer window in preparation for the upcoming competitions in the professional league, the Cup of the Throne, and the CAF Confederation Cup.

The list of new arrivals includes Younes Dahmani, coming from Ittihad Touarga, and Issak Zidani from Nahda Zemamra, alongside Mounim Idrissi, Chams Eddine Qnidel, and Adel Baltyb, as well as Ghanaian Mikael Agbikporno, Portuguese Marian Hoja, and Brazilian Filipinho.

Khimis hopes to make the most of the remaining preparation period to find the best lineup and achieve maximum harmony within the team before entering the official competitions, especially since the start will be a strong confrontation against AS FAR Rabat from the first round.
