Amouta: Everyone made mistakes and I am the first... It's normal for Al Ahly to draw

Moroccan coach Al-Hussein Amouta spoke about his team's draw against El Mokawloon SC in the match that took place today, Wednesday, in the Egyptian League.

The positive draw ended 1-1 between Al Ahly FC and El Mokawloon SC in the fourth round of the Egyptian League.

Amouta said during the press conference: "The match was difficult against an opponent like El Mokawloon SC. Our start today was not like the last three matches, and our performance in the first half hour was very poor. I hope the performance improves in the last match before the international break."

He added: "We included players who are physically ready. One good thing is that we did not concede goals in the last two matches. We played today with the lineup that we saw as ideal. Today everyone made mistakes, and I am at the forefront of that, and it is normal to draw."

He continued: "In the second half, the performance improved a bit, and we managed to create some chances, and the team woke up a little, but we did not handle the chances well."

Imam Ashour participated for the first time, and we were concerned about him because the match was extremely tough, especially since he is not in full physical readiness.
