Al-Shabab to miss Al-Aboud and Partey against Al-Kholood
Al-Shabab will be without Abdulrahman Al-Aboud and Ghanaian Thomas Partey for their match against Al-Kholood this evening in the sixth round of the Saudi Pro League.
Thomas Partey will miss the match due to not being fully fit, as the Ghanaian international needed extra time to reach the level that allows him to participate.
Thomas Leitch, the youth coach, prefers not to rush Thomas Partey into action, especially since the player joined the team late and did not undergo a pre-season preparation before the start of the season.
Aboud has received approval from the coaching staff to miss the match camp due to a family circumstance, meaning he will be absent for the clash against Al-Kholood.
The match between Al-Shabab and Al-Kholood takes place this evening at Al-Hazm Club's stadium in Al-Rass, with the Al-Shabab team eager to secure their first victory in the Saudi Pro League this season.
Al-Shabab are currently in 15th place in the Saudi Pro League standings with 3 points, which they have gathered from three draws, while the team has suffered two defeats in the previous rounds.
