The Saudi Football Federation's Disciplinary and Ethics Committee has imposed sanctions on Al-Ahli and Al-Dar'iya due to violations observed in the matches between Al-Hilal and Al-Ahli, and Al-Dar'iya and Al-Qadisiyah during the fifth round of the Saudi Pro League.

The committee has decided to suspend Salah Al-Din Haitham, the translator for Al-Ahly, for 4 matches, in addition to imposing a fine of 40,000 riyals, due to his behavior during the match against Al-Hilal.

The punishment was imposed due to the aggressive actions of Al-Ahli's translator, as well as the use of foul language towards the assistant referee, according to the report from the referee of the match between Al-Hilal and Al-Ahli.

In another decision, the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee has suspended Oscar Rodríguez, a player for Al-Dhariyah, for two matches and imposed a fine of 20,000 Riyals.

The committee clarified that the suspension of the player from Al-Dhariyah came after he received a direct red card due to committing an unsporting act towards one of the players of the opposing team.

The Disciplinary Committee based its decision on the referee's report from the match between Al-Dhariyah and Al-Qadisiyah, which recorded the incident of misconduct that led to the player's dismissal during the match.

With these decisions, Al-Ahli and Al-Dhariyah face the absence of one of their players during upcoming matches, in light of the sanctions issued by the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee following events from the fifth round.

This is part of the disciplinary measures taken by the committee regarding violations recorded in the Saudi Pro League, according to reports from the match officials.
