Behind the scenes of Zamalek president's meeting with team leaders

Ahmed Shobair has revealed details of the meeting held by Zamalek SC's board, led by Hussein Labib, with the football team during the last few hours. This motivational meeting came ahead of the anticipated clash for the White Knight against Abo Qir, scheduled to take place in the 4th round of the Egyptian League.

Shouber stated in remarks to the "Ma'a Shouber" program, which is broadcast on "On Sport FM", that the session took place with Omar Gaber, Abdallah El Said, Mahmoud El Wench, and Ahmed Fattouh. Labib conveyed a reassuring message to the players, and he is currently preparing the dues to be disbursed in the upcoming period.

Shobir added that there were also reports about the players refusing to sit with the club president, saying, "but I don't know how true they are."

Zamalek are set to face their counterparts Abo Qir tomorrow, Tuesday, at Cairo International Stadium in the 4th round of the Egyptian League, with the match kicking off at 8 PM Cairo time.

Zamalek SC are currently third in the Egyptian League table with 7 points, which they collected from a goalless draw against Ittihad Alexandria SC in the first round, a 3-0 victory over Bank El Ahly in the second round, and a 2-1 win against Petrojet in the third round of the competition.
